<p>The Opportunity</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of HR. You will develop our HR</p><p>strategies to ensure all HR operations are in order and efficient. If you are well organised, task</p><p>oriented and apt for setting up and upkeeping our HR strategies and procedure standards, but</p><p>also enthusiastic about improving them with your creative new ideas, you are the person we are</p><p>looking for!</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Suggest and implement advanced, best practice HR strategies and procedures</p><p>• Ensure the company receives a “Great Place to Work” certification</p><p>• Create and deliver HR reports &amp; briefings to the management of the company</p><p>• Manage and oversee the organisation’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring</p><p>processes</p><p>• Plan employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs</p><p>• Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardised human resource processes</p><p>• Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards.</p><p>• Update antiquated systems (e.g. paper-based timesheets, grievance procedures)</p><p>• Ensure employee work satisfaction through interactions and creation of employee</p><p>engagement programmes</p><p>• Effectively structure benefits’ programmes to attract and retain top talent</p><p>• Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software</p><p>systems for better efficiency</p><p>• Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations</p><p>• Suggest and implement measures for improving employee retention</p><p>• Determine HR and recruiting KPIs</p><p>• Track and analyse relevant HR metrics</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>``</p><p>Skill Requirements:</p><p>As the HR Lead of the organisation, the candidate should have the following qualifications and</p><p>experience:</p><p>• 8-10 years of experience as HR Manager or similar HR role</p><p>• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields</p><p>• In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes,</p><p>employment legislation, and legal regulations</p><p>• Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing</p><p>strategies</p><p>• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management</p><p>• Experience with HR tools and recruiting software</p><p>• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success</p><p>• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills</p><p>• Team player</p><p>• Good time-management skills</p><p>• Great interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>• Supervisory experience</p><p>• Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) will be an advantage</p><p>The candidate MUST have experience of having worked in the tech sector to be able to understand</p><p>the recruitment requirements of the company. Having worked in a start-up and gaining that</p><p>experience will be a bonus.</p>
