- Service area lead for SAP HCM practice with focus on practice building and go to market
- Responsibilities include, identify, create and evangelize new offerings in the area of SAP HCM working with the respective geo leader and clients
- Work with various product partners / Alliance managers of various HCM Products , Support RFP's with solutions, create SME pool who can help with solutions for RFP's / pre-built solution etc.
- SME for Building tools and accelerators as part of practice assets which can help differentiate IBM in the market and help in delivery of the engagements.
