Conflict Management. Removing Internal/External Impediments (Technical/Functional/Teams level) (Mandate)
Scrum Ceremonies and Artefact Facilitation (Mandate)
Knowledge of various Estimation Techniques: Planning Poker, T-Shirt sizes and Bucket system (Mandate)
User story mapping with Capacity and Velocity (Mandate)
DevOps practices – CI/CD (pipeline view) [Good to Have]
KPI/ Metrices - dashboards, reports, metrics (burndown chart, velocity chart, Cycle time, Lead time) (Mandate)
Mandatory Certifications: CSM/PSM-1	Certification Good to have: PSM 2/3 , ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, SAFe
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) à Should have knowledge.
Should have worked with Co-located & Geographically distributed teams.
