Role Description:

Design, implement, debug and tune robust services and features that perform at scale. Assist in

making design decisions on the basis of performance, scalability, security and future expansion.

Work with different stakeholders within and outside the team in a highly collaborative

environment. Develop high-quality UI that can delight millions of users of our cloud platform.

Share your knowledge and to help transform an organization from within by working with and

coaching your team members. Participate in architectural initiatives, balancing long-term

platform velocity with short-term customer needs. Eagerness working in hybrid engineering

Duties and Responsibilities

 Understanding of the entire application lifecycle.

 Build UI Components using Frameworks, or similar UI-related role, on enterprise

products.

 Develop in-house JS APIs to facilitate the GRC use-cases.

 Explore UI technologies and adopt them seamlessly into the existing UI framework.

 Develop enterprise-class UI solutions that can scale to highly dynamic payloads.

 Ensure deliverables are on time and meeting the required quality and security criteria.

 Troubleshoot issues, fix, test and deploy them with production quality.

 Create well-written technical documentation for design and for the code that is written.

 Adhere to PDLC processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

 Extensive programming experience in UI technologies, responsive web and mobile

applications.

 Sound in Designing and Implementation of Scalable features, Knowledge of Patterns and

Industry best practices.

 Hands-on with UI frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Backbone.js, Bootstrap, jQuery,

Marionette, etc.

 Expertise in OO JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript / Flow, ECMA-Script6.

 Understanding of OOP patterns and methodologies and experience with OO languages.

 Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS Framework, various CSS pre-processors like LESS / SAAS.

 Knowledge on bundlers like Webpack, Roll-up, etc.

 Proficiency with web-related protocols and architectures like MVC, MVVM, REST APIs,

JSON, HTTP.

 Experience with Accessibility WCAG standards, cross-browser compatibility, Strong

debugging and troubleshooting skills.

 Exposure to Java based enterprise applications and technical knowledge of multi-tier

applications.

 

 Knowledge of microservices and Kubernetes is added advantage.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills and work closely with cross-functional

teams across geographies.

 Experience working in a scrum / agile development environment.

 4-6 years of experience in the role
