GLOW's session on emotional resilience is designed to facilitate personal transformation. In a world that's highly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous; undue stress has become a part of our lives. In order to lead a life of purpose and fulfilment, it is absolutely essential to focus on a part of ourselves; one that we have probably ignored for far too long- our EMOTIONS.
