The resource will be responsible for tracking hardware asset records, as well as the tracking of IT

equipment across the organization.

 Maintain PC Inventory Management database based in Remedy/ServiceNow system

 Oversee any requests submitted to the PC Inventory Management system

 Initiate changes to the asset records when incorrect information is discovered

 Audit asset inventory for PC Provisioning and reassign equipment, accordingly, to the correct

department

 In collaboration with IT teams, validate asset records on a regular basis

 Based on weekly reports, reassign assets when clients move or leave the organization

 Process disposal of old equipment and update asset records accordingly

 Provide various reports on PC assets inventory

 Process lost/stolen requests in the system

 Generate regular and ad-hoc hardware asset reports

Must Have’s:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in equivalent industry experience

 Role Specific Experience: 5+ years of work experience relevant to the duties and accountabilities

of the position

 Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

 Attention to detail

 Strong drive for results
