• Total working experience: 5 + years as IT Analyst
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze business needs
• Managing and owning all aspects of delivery.
• Responsible for understanding requirements
• Responsible for planning the end-to-end scope
• Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of IT Analyst  experience with   - SFDC & SFMC expertise. Salesforce certification would be preferred.

• Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions..

• SHOULD HAVE exposure to Digital marketing principles /tool and SFDC

• Experience with Lead, Opportunity, Account Management, Contact , Marketing, RMM, Journey builder etc.

• In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and should have successfully expanded on those capabilities through AppExchange and/or integration with external systems

• Good understanding of related business processes to support impact analysis and design for proposed solutions.

• Design and implementation experience with SalesForce.com, Marketing Cloud.

• Deep understanding of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.

• Ability to understand and write business requirements and simplify processes and designs. Hands on experience creating/grooming user stories, and working with the scrum teams to deliver a solution.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology.

•Should be able to work with stakeholders  to identify troubleshoot product issues and advising on the solution

•Candidate will be responsible for analyzing issues/defects and underlying problems.
