Job Description

Provide support for application teams using SailPoint, Active Directory, etc.,

o Contribute to IAM component designs,

o IAM service development,

o Service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced features

o Work closely with Engineering and architecture teams to implement the IAM Plan, Build,

Run model and provide feedback

o Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System

User Accounts to Identity Cubes within SailPoint

o Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System

Entitlements to Applications/Systems and Identity Cubes within SailPoint

o Cross-functional and collaboration with PING and CyberArk peers

o Attend all required meetings

o Mentor as appropriate new and/or junior engineers

o troubleshoot and resolve identity issues reported by end users and service partners.

o Analysis of local accounts and permissions, connectivity, etc., and troubleshooting same.

o Design, Test and Troubleshoot Custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint

IdentityIQ

o Ensure Audit and other requested information is provided within a timely manner

o Drive global standardization efforts across the firm

As a Security Engineer, daily responsibilities include:

o Provide technical guidance to other team members

o Server Patching Validation

o Daily on-call support

o Resolving incident tickets in que S3GDP_IdentityAccessManagement

o Working on on-call support documentation

o Training team members about on call duties

o Training team members on how to work Incidents

o Project activities work
