1. Experience in architecting and designing software solutions.

2. Able to showcase experience in Microservices, Cloud

3. Able to champion solutions based on open-source frameworks

4. Able to oversee quality of work by delivery team and ensure

integrity of the architecture.

5. Able to demonstrate people management skills.

6. Experience in software engineering methodology (Agile,

Waterfall, etc.) are necessary

7. Able to make right and firm decisions based on Strategic and

Tactical goals

8. Platform or Product architecture experience in SaaS model

preferred

9. Should have innovative and open mindset

10. Aptitude to device, stitch and manage technical solutions for

more than one but related products preferred

11. Exposure to AI/ML are preferred
