Experience in managing and driving software project delivery​

 Experience in all stages of the project – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, and Closure ​

 Prior experience managing onsite-offshore Project Teams​

 Experience in managing a portfolio of projects, driving best practices, and achieving

project excellence and quality ​

 Exposure to Agile Project Management principles and practice​

 Exposure to CI-CD / DevOps / Deployment Planning ​

 Experience in managing a team of engineers (5 – 10) is necessary​

 Experience in software engineering methodology (Agile, waterfall etc.) is necessary​

 Working with stakeholders (Product manager. Delivery head) to create a shared vision and

goal is necessary​

 Project Effort Estimation and costing ​

 Resource Planning and coordinating with resourcing & HR is essential. ​

 Project Risk Management & Stakeholder coordination
