3+ years of Salesforce QA experience (specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Admin Skills, Configurations, Data Loader, Apex, Visualforce/force.com and Lightning Components)

Experience providing testing, quality assurance, automation, and written documentation in an Agile development environment
Ability to read and understand business requirements and technical specifications to formulate a testing strategy
Create and document test plans, test steps, test execution results, defect logging in given tool
Apply QA fundamentals and perform Functional testing and Regression testing of business processes built on the Salesforce platform across multiple browsers, desktop, and mobile applications, etc
Knowledge and experience in creating, managing, and maintaining automated testing scripts is a plus
Knowledge of DevOps & Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment preferred
Must have Good Communication skill 
Capable of working in client facing roles
Salesforce Certifications preferred
