About this course

Join our Family Find The Light Initiative to support people and families who have been affected by this pandemic. The program will focus on engaging, enabling and employing members from affected families, men or women, and offer them support and mentoring to navigate through the stress, anxiety and grief of a loss by dealing with the pressure of managing their work and providing for their family.  

Program Structure

The key highlights of the program are :

  • Career Mentoring : The mentoring program will guide and prepare the individuals on both personal and professional life.
  • Support Through Community: Full support through the community in every way to enhance each of their profiles.
  • Upskilling and Reskilling:  There are opportunities for one to learn and acquire key skill sets to become the right fit for a job.
  • Employment support through WiT ACE:  Through WiT- ACE, individuals will be given the opportunity to connect with companies even if only 50% match with open roles.
  • Wellness Sessions
