This is your chance to research and</p><p>learn new Cloud related technology products and services, as well as to design and implement</p><p>quick Cloud based prototypes while advancing your career in leading edge technology.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Your Role and Responsibilities:</p><p>1.Own and Drive completion of and improvements to the Supplier Management</p><p>Framework</p><p>2. Organize and run process reviews</p><p>3. Scrub existing process for proper stylization/template consistency</p><p>4. Lead development of Medium &amp; High Processes involving cross-functional teams</p><p>across Public Cloud and teams outside of Public Cloud.</p><p>5. Analyze processes and identify dependencies, inconsistent use of terms and other</p><p>areas of improvement for the whole set of processes.</p><p>Required Professional and Technical Expertise:</p><p> 10+yrs of IT Industry experience.</p><p> 5+ years of experience in process development.</p><p> Monitor and evaluate program operations, operational processes and practices</p><p>for quality and effectiveness; identify opportunities for improvement.</p><p> Demonstrated experience evaluating, establishing, and streamlining standard</p><p>operating procedures, defining and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and</p><p>other metrics of success, and analyzing data to drive improvements Lead the</p><p>development and enhancement of Best Practices Guides to continuously improve</p><p>cloud supplier processes including risk assessment, onboarding to the cloud,</p><p>contract management, compliance management and off-boarding suppliers and</p><p>other risk-related acceptance issues.</p><p> Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and</p><p>GitHub Experience in Agile Program management - scrum or kanban Experience</p><p>in Cloud, including Supplier contracting / Compliance / Audit / Business Controls /</p><p>IT Security / Security frameworks PMP Certification preferred</p><p> Process development in an operational environment.</p><p> Strong ability to collate information/data from multiple sources, draft process</p><p>flows, review with cross-functional teams and drive to consensus.</p><p> Basic knowledge of Cloud environment.</p><p> Good verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Preferred experience:</p><p>1. Process development in a Cloud environment.</p>
